Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates apply to orders placed before 3pm and only apply to weekdays.

Countries we ship to
We currently only ship to customer’s in the UK. We do not offer international shipping. This may change in the near future so watch this space.
Delivery
We’re obliged to deliver to the address on an item, and not the name. We strongly recommend using a private address to ensure you receive your parcel and prevent your parcel being lost. If you use a public/business location as the delivery address, cbd Book are not liable if the parcel is lost after delivery and a signature is present on the tracking.
Damage
cbd Book is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. But if you received your order damaged, please contact us to discuss a replacement.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before contacting us.
Returns Policy
We are committed to providing you a first class service. We sell great quality products we know you’ll love. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange.

Returns
All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
Return Process
To return an item, please email customer service at support@cbdbook.co.uk who will help you with your return. Please note, unless the return is due an issue with the product or service, we request that you to be responsible for any return shipping costs. We strongly recommend you use a tracked form of delivery for return.
Refunds
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
